Ingresients:
- Corn flour
- Garden eggs
- Red oil
- Tomatoes
- Chilli/pepper
- Smoked fish
- fresh fish
- Garlic
- Onion
- Ginger
How to cook the stew:
- Boil Garden eggs and chilli after washing
- Blend the onion, Garlio, ginger and Tomato
- Blend boiled garden eggs and chilli/pepper
- Wash smoked fish
- Fry some red oil with onion
- Add blended tomatoes and spices
- Add smoked fish
- Pour grinded garden egg and cook for 5 mins
Fresh fish:
- wash fish
- cut into sizes
- Add spices to fish then flour
- Fry in hot oil
Banku:
- Heat some water
- Pour corn flour in hot water
- Stir to desired texture (25 mins)
